1. Gold Processing Plant Introduction
Small capacity 1-2 tons per hour: Jaw crusher/Stone crusher, Wet Pan Mill/Gold Grinder Machine, Shaking Table/Gold shaker table, low investment cost which is quite suitable for small-medium miners.
Wet pan mill work with Shaking table Shaking table is a gold concentration machine. It enjoys very high, up to 95% high recovery ratio for recovering fine gold. Quite some our African customers from Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Kenya, prefer Wet pan milling machine combine with Shaking table for rocky gold separation.1. Crushing: Use jaw crusher to crush the raw material into 0-25mm particles.
2. Grinding: Use wet pan mill to grind the particle materials into powder(0-2mm).
3. Gravity concentration: Use gold shaking table to separate the gold concentrate from the powder(0-2mm).
