1. Application Fields of Dewatering Screen:

It can be widely used in tailings dry stacking, fine mineral dewatering, chip removing, carbon-in-pulp separation, etc. The efficient multi-frequency dewatering screen is particularly suitable for processing fine minerals. In addition, it combined with hydro-cyclone is more efficient and can be widely used for tailings dry stacking, concentrate dewatering, and so on.

2.Dewatering Screen Introduction:

A dewatering screen is also a kind of vibrating screen mainly for the dewatering of the mine tailings and sand, it concentrates the tailing slurry or sand first and then dewaters treated materials on the vibrating dewatering screen, where more than 85% of water content is removed.

3. Working Principle of Dewatering Screen Machine:

A vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, vibration exciter, hanging (or supporting) unit, and motor. When the vibrating screen is working, under the effect of the vibrator, the screen box and screen cloth will move in a circular, oval, or linear motion, which will make the materials on the surface of the screen disperse and move up and down. Thus, the fine particles can fall through the material layer and then are expelled from the sieve hole. And the bigger particles will continue to move forward under the effect of vibration.
