Log washer is mainly used to wash the quartz ore, manganese ore, iron ore, phosphate and other minerals, it is usually used to clean and separate the silt and stains from manganese ore, iron ore and other low-grade mineral. Also it suitable for scrubbing material which contains tough insoluble clays, conglomerates or soft stone.
Introduction of Log Washer
The log washer is suitable for desilting of large quantities of sand and gravel in construction sites, sand and gravel plants, concrete prefabrication plants and hydroelectric fields. It can also be used for ore washing, classification and dehydration.
This machine drive the spiral stirring shaft depends on speed reducer and rotate in different directions, and the minerals which enter the tank were washed by water and stir strongly by blade. The sewage was overflowed at the end of tank, the cleaned minerals were lifted up along the blade and discharged at the beginning of tank.
Cell: Welded by steel plate and shaped steel, it is the body of screw classier.Lifting mechanism: The movement of machine screw parts is achieved through the cycloid reducer, gear, screw. When classifier stop working, the materials in the water chute will precipitated, in order to avoid damage by precipitation and the transmission will occurs over load when it move again, so must lift the screw spindle from water chute and make it leave the precipitation level, for this design lifting mechanism.
