Rotary drum dryer, also known as rotary drum drying machine, is a kind of drying equipment and is widely used in mining equipment. It is divided into direct heat transfer rotary drum dryer and indirect heat transfer rotary drum dryer. It is suitable for drying magnetic, gravity and float concentrates of metal and non-metallic minerals, clay in the cement industry and coal slime in the coal mining industry, etc.
Its characteristics are high production rate and convenient operation. The cylinder of the rotary drum dryer is a horizontal rotating cylinder. Inside it, there are various types of lifting plates with different angles welded from front to back in an alternating arrangement. According to the demand, different types of refractory bricks are inlaid in the rotary kiln body. At the feeding end, a door ring and a spiral lifting plate are set to prevent the material from flowing back.
