1. Washing and Screening by Trommel Screen

Trommel Screen 
If your sand gold with many stones, you will need to use a 2-layer screen trommel.
The inner screen will screen the big size stones and discharge them in the end of the trommel.
The small size ores will be screened again be the outer screen, Normally the -3mm ores will be discharged as the concentrate. The +3mm ores will be discharged into the sluice box for recoverying the concentrate again.

(2) Sluice Box

Sluice box 

The 3-10mm particles will be discharged from the trommel and go into the sluice box.
The concentrate will be fed into the gold centrifugal concentrator. 

3.Centrifugal Concentrator

Centrifugal Concentrator 

The concentrate from trommels will be fed into the centrfiugal concentrator.
And the tailings from this concentrator will be fed into the another sluice box for recoverying the concentrate again.
And then put all the concentrate into the shaking tables.
 
 

4.Shaking Table

Shaking table

The concentrate from the centrfiugal concentrator will be fed into the shaking table for purifying the gold concentrate. 

5. Make pure gold bar.
After this processing plant, you will get the gold concentrate, not the pure gold bars. If you need to get the pure gold and make them into bars, then you will need the following machines.
