1. The 1st Step
(1) Crushed by Jaw Crusher

As the first crusher, it will break down your stones into a small size, and then the discharge can be easily fed into the second crushers.
In order to choose the suitable models, we need to know the capacity and the max feeding size of your raw ores.
For the max feeding size, we mean the most raw ores size. For example, most of the rocks size is around 300mm, but 5% of rocks are 400mm, then 300mm will have more reference value.For the size 400mm rocks, it's better you can use the rock drill to break them down.
(2) Crushed by Hammer crusher

The discharge from the Jaw crusher will be still big, and not suitable for feeding into the ball mill, Then we will crush them again by the hammer mills, which can make the discharge smaller than 25mm. If the discharge bigger than 25mm, it will increase the load for the ball mill. So it's import to get the size smaller than 25mm. It will improve the performance of the ball mill.
2. The 2nd Step
(1) Grinding by ball mill

The discharge from the hammer mill will be fed into the ball mill.
During the grinding, there must be some steel balls in the ball mill. It's the grinding medium. When the ball mill rotates, the ores and balls will be tossed and dropped repeatedly to achieve the effect of grinding.
After Grinded with water together in the ball mill, the discharge will be overflow into the spiral classifier for classifing. The coarse particles will be fed into the ball mill again, the fine particles will be overflow into the gravity separators.
After grinding and classifing in the ball mill and spiral classifier, the final discharge can be smaller than 100 mesh or 200 mesh.
(2) classifing by spiral classifier
Spiral Classifier
The spiral classifier will be installed along the ball mill, and installed at a tilted angle, not horizontally.
There are two kinds of the classifiers. One can classify 100 mesh (0.15mm) particles, the other one can classify 200 mesh (0.07mm) particles.
When the slurry ores discharged from the ball mill, the classifier will classifing them, the small and light ores will be overflow, and the coarse particles will be fed into the ball mill for grinding again.
3. The 3rd Step
(1) separating by centrifugal concentrators

After overflow from the spiral classifier, the slurry ores will be fed into the centrifugal concentrator.
After around 20-30 mins, the concentrator will stop and clean itself for collectinng the concentrate.
It's better for you to add a sluice box after the tailings discharge port. It can catching some concentrate from the tailings.
(2) Purify the concentrate by the shaking tables.
Shaking Tables
The concentrate from the centrifugal concentrator will be fed into the shaking table, it will improve the grade of the concentrates.
After this processing plant, you will get the gold concentrate or other concentrate, not the pure gold bars or other bars. If you need to get the pure gold and make them into bars, then you will need the following machines.
