1.Intruduction of agitation tank:
Agitating tank is mainly used to blend medicament and ore magma. it`s suitable for blending various kinds of metal and nonmetal ores. Especially it`s applied to stir the slurry of concentration not more than 30% and solid granularity particle size less than 1mm in floating, gravity concentrating and wet-type magnetic separation. It is also used to mix floatation agents and other non-metal mineral.
2.Work principle of agitation tank:
agitating tank for chemical reagent for chemical reagent adopts barrel shaped radiation circular spiral impeller for mixing operation by mechanical stirring method. The motor drives V- belt transmission device which drives the impeller. Reagents mix evenly under the rotation of impeller preparing for next step that mix the ore slurry and reagents. Leaching Tank for chemical reagent is used for reagents preparation before floatation.
