Product Description
The twin-roll crusher, a type of mining machinery, is also known as the double-roller crusher. It is mainly used for crushing ores. This machine has the advantages of small size, large crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. The crushed materials have uniform particle size, low over-crushing rate, convenient maintenance, sensitive overload protection, and is safe and reliable. It is suitable for industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, and building materials. It is more suitable for large coal mines or coal preparation plants for crushing raw coal (including coal gangue).
The toothed roller crusher has a large crushing capacity. The motor and reducer are connected by a distance-limiting hydraulic coupling to prevent overload of power, and sensor overload protection is provided for safety and reliability. The spacing of the toothed rollers can be hydraulically adjusted, and the bearings of the toothed rollers are centrally lubricated. The tooth shape is optimized, and the shear force is selected for crushing, achieving high efficiency and low consumption, with uniform particle size.
