The basic flow of sand production line is
First, the stone consists of vibrating feeder evenly sent to jaw crusher preliminary crushing, and then produced into a coarse material transported by belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing, crushing stone into the shaker after the screening different specifications of stone, does not meet the size requirements of stone crusher crushing return again. Large pieces of stone by the silo consists of vibrating feeder evenly sent to jaw crusher for primary crushing, stone crushing after by belt conveyor to the crusher for further crushing; stone after crushing by belt conveyor feeding vibrating screen screening, screening out several different specifications of stones, to meet the size requirements of stone sent by the belt conveyor finished stockpiles; does not meet the size requirements of stone material by belt conveyor to return back to the crusher crushing machine again, forming a closed loop several times. Finished size can be carried out in accordance with the needs of users and grading.
