Introduction
Hammer crusher mill, as one of the ore crushing equipment, is able to crush the ores below 50mm or tailings and middlings that are not released completely. 
The released output could be concentrated by shaking table in the next process. Being suitable for small scale nonferrous and precious metal mines like tungsten, tin, gold, the hammer mill could be the alternative of ball mill in some extent. customize configured as per the actual ore situation.
It is with easy installation and operation, low investment and quick effect. Its sieve opening size, minimum 1mm, can be customize configured as per the actual ore situation.

Application
It is suitable for crushing all the materials of brittle, medium hard, and compressive strength 150 Mpa. The features include great hammerhead work, adoption of new technology casting, with wear and impact resistance. This solve the problems of crushing plant dust pollution and gray body leakage.

Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor rotates of Hammer Mill Crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of coal crushers with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of coal crushers for being refreshed until they reached the required size.
