Description of Sand Washing Machine:
Hengchang washing sand machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. This sand washer adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, dewatering, classifying.
Working Principle of Sand Washing Machine:
After fine grinding of pulp from is located in the central depression area of inlet into the sink, inclined installation of tank bottom is pulp sizing subsidence area, screw rotation at low speed, the mixing effect to the pulp, the light to the upper fine particles in suspension, flow to the overflow Edge overflow weir, and into the next procedure, processing, heavy particles sinking to the bottom of the channel, by the spiral to the discharge port as the sand return discharge. The spiral classifier and cyclone are combined with ball mill to form a closed circuit to clasify the ore, the coarse sand will return to the ball mill for regrinding.
