1. Description of 300 X 450 Diaphragm Jig/Jigging Machine
Double dippers 300 X 450 diaphragm jig is divided into left type machine and right type jig face two kinds of model. 300 X 450 diaphragm sieve jig is fixed. Suitable for metal ore, such as tungsten, gold placer, selection of tin ore, etc., can be used for both selected fine grained materials, can also be used to choose raw materials, to the largest size for 6 to 8 mm, but in the sands of individual cases, the biggest size is 12 mm.

Double dippers 300 X 450 diaphragm jig is mainly consists of jig body, transmission device, water segregator, diaphragm and the lid of the main parts such as the body has two jump machine, the size of each bucket diaphragm with no bottom plate will be divided into jig area and diaphragm area two parts.

4. Working principle of 300 X 450 Diaphragm Jig/Jigging Machine
Jigging process is to rely on the rubber diaphragm for up and down reciprocating movement caused by the medium (water) impulse. Motor through v-belt drive large leather wheel rotation, the eccentric shaft connecting rod moves up and down, rocker arm, which is connected with the connecting rod moves up and down, the rocker on two connecting rod connecting rubber diaphragm, diaphragm to get up and down reciprocating motion, carries on the jig.

6. Notes for Selection
(1). Please specify the model and quantity, as well as the size of screen aperture while placing your order, if there is no special requirement, we will supply the screen with each aperture of 2mm.
(2). If there is no special requirement for drive model, we will make the jig with left drive.
(3). Jigging chamber may be made with single hopper or double hopper, at the customer's options. Please specity the type of jigging chamber while placing your order.
